Bus to Angeles

A day before going to Clark in Angeles City for the 14th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, I desperately looked for the cheapest bus fare going to Angeles City. Because of a tight budget, myself together with two friends will try to bring our own food and travel by ordinary bus. Hope we'll survive with a limited budget. hehe

500,000 FREE SEATS on AIR ASIA

Recently, I posted an entry regarding Cebu Pacific's seat sale. And now it's Air Asia's turn. I have learned about this on pinoyexchange.com and found out that you can book a trip from Clark (Diosdado Macapagal Int'l Airport) to Kuala Lumpur or Kota Kinabalu for as low as PHP 1,005. I tried booking online and it is true.

NAIA Terminal 3

At last, I've seen personally the airport terminal that I once thought that it wouldn't open.

We arrived at NAIA Terminal 3 around 15 minutes after 1am. The check-in area was still wasn't open. Most passengers were waiting (and sleeping) on the lounge chairs nearby. We waited until around 2am and the Cebu Pacific check-in area opened. We were one of the first passenger to check in for the Iloilo flight so I asked the lady in the check-in area for a window seat (and this was my first time to be in a window seat). After checking-in, we paid for the P200 terminal fee. The lady in the booth was courteous to greet us a good morning. After that we went straight to the last check where the personnel was a bit annoying. Then we had a bit of a walk to the gate we were to wait before boarding the plane. We had to wait another 2-3 hours since our flight was still around 4:45 in the morning. We still had time to sleep while waiting but because of my excitement, I couldn't. After hours later, they announced that people can now board the plane. We had to wait a few more minutes until the plane was filled up then we were off to Iloilo.

1st Day at Iloilo using Vivitar UWS

Cebu Pacific Seat Sale!!

Hay. Wish I have money to travel and travel. I have been visiting Cebu Pacific's website http://cebupacificair.com for the past days after learning that Cebu Pacific is having a seat sale again. After taking advantage of one of its seat sale last month, I have been doing mock bookings within the site and can't believe what I saw. I played with the dates and tried one and saw one round trip fare between Manila and Iloilo which was around 431pesos! whoah! Is it for real? It is way way cheaper than what we have paid during our recent trip which was 2400pesos. Hay. I wish I really have more money!

Well if you have the time and the money, you might as well spoil yourself and travel. Take advantage of the low airfares. You might also want to take me with you after giving this very good tip. heheĆ¼

back at marikina

I'm back since Monday night. Have lots of stories from the recent Iloilo trip but I don't know where and how to start. Been busy the past two days fixing an online store. Probably I just can't start telling the stories because I still don't have the pictures processed from Digiprint. Hopefully by tomorrow I'll have the photos and start writing the stories. Also hope that all shots aren't overexposed because I just learned that outdoor shots should use a lower ISO film for the fisheye2 lomo cam. I used a film with the highest iso that's why i am a bit worried. hay. hoping.

*Had a hard time giving a title to this blog entry. I am suppose to title it "back home" but i can't because I am not sure whether I can still call Marikina as my home. I just found a home in the quiet town Guimbal, Iloilo and also the humble province of Guimaras. Been dreaming that I am living in Guimaras or in Guimbal.
