Iloilo Airport
This is one of the reasons why I always want to visit my mom's home province, Iloilo. Also tagged as the "smaller version of NAIA Centennial Terminal", it is also one of the Philippines' most modern airport, also the country's 4th busiest next to Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Mactan Cebu International Airport and Davao International Airport. (source).
and now I can wait to be back in January in time for Iloilo's Dinagyang Festival.

Cebu City Lights
When visiting Cebu City, one should not miss the Sky Experience Adventure on top Crown Regency's hotel. And doing this during night time would give you an awesome view of the city which I believe is also the inspiration of a band, Urbandub's album "Under Southern Lights".

Heritage Monument - Cebu City
One of the things you shouldn't miss when visiting Cebu City for the first time is the Heritage Monument. It is located in the historic old Chinese district of Parian, Cebu City. Built by artist Eduardo Castrillo, it is a sculpture that displays Cebu's history. Around the are you would also see some old houses during the Spanish time.
These are some photos of the Heritage Monument.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” - Mark Twain
